Thanks for the info @Omar Khan, the legal part was the first place I have started even before the dal is birth I have two SEC attorney's that will put legal part together at a very reasonable price which just the talks alone have been very helpful, and @Sam Grooms I am looking at option two that you suggested, a big chunk of the profits is ok at this point 10% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
