Once you understand the gravity of that you have to make a decision to leave one of these two things behind, it really comes down to what is more important to you.

If you're in a position to sit and wait, you may be rewarded handsomely if this market suddenly remembers gravity still exists and bubbles can't be blown up forever.... 

The swing is "fastened" to the tree (otherwise gravity would bring them down to the ground), which to me sounds like a violation of the lease as permission was never given to put up the hammock and swing.  

I see the same phenomenan that more cash-flow/balance market has more appreciation recently (Columbus/Milwaukee/STL,etc).The phenomenon is the same : the money is gravitying from the more expensive place to a cheaper money, that's where the distribution of the money is.In other word, cheaper area tend to 'catch up' with more expensive area within a state/metro, so to speak.

Hopefully they understand the gravity of the situation.
