Is the electrician going to be penalized when the framer isn't done on time?  

I mean every time we roof one of our new constructions.. or our framers are out there in the rain walking on the third story standing on a two by four and only the two side LOL.. that's why we have insurance..

If it were me I would grab a framer and open it up to see what you have.  

And if she can't pay then you'll accomodate moving out early without penalty to prevent her having an eviction on her record.My first rental I worked with my out of work tenant...2007, husband was a framer and building stopped...I ended up losing well over $10K before figuring out that 'catching up' was an impossibility...

My friend's brother who is a framer was in town and took a look at it this fall.

Panels are great if you can get your framer to discount his rate.

Framers installed so nothing to offer on install cost.  

That way you are using the permanent as the temp saving some money and you won't have any downtime waiting for the power company to change over.You probably can't do that with an overhead as it would be too dangerous for the framers/siders.

You will see that from my P.O.V. the frame rate is awful because my computer sucks.

I do recon work on all my competition 😂 Back when I was still a framer (long ago) I tried to get with a large builder.
