I am just a bit thrown off when he started to mention the price plan.

Real Estate investing has changed my life and I plan to help others do the same.

Of those, I have 48 left. 46 of which I plan to subtax (NOT 47 like I stated in a separate thread).

I am planning to offer an equity position to a friend in a property I am currently in the process of refinancing.

This would depend on loan purpose and how long you plan to hold it.  

My plan is to rent it on a short term rental basis and stay for few weeks in a year with family/friends. 

I recently purchased a Short Term rental property and plan to self manage the property.

Cash out: $55,000All money out plus roughly $3,500 in pocket.... principal and interest $767/monthCash flow estimated at roughly: $200/monthMy plan would be to refi around year 4 or so before the adjustable rate kicks in.

Ultimately, I plan on investing myself either going the house hacking route or doing a flip. 

With this plan I would need cleaners and contractors/handymen.
