Hi Kevin, I ended up going with American Financial lending and spoke with Joseph and Alex. 

I have 3 clients willing to buy: they are highly focused on specific buildings (and line) they want, and are watching the market to attack potential distressed owners and grab the best deal.Hope it gives the perspective, even if it's only focused on Miami, that is one of the hottest market nation-wide and some dynamics that are very local (i.e. latin-american buyers buying cash to take $ out of their country) I think a lot of this data for miami is wrong. it's not a buyers market or even close to a buyer''s market. 

Hi @Asif Ali Kabiruddin Rajani,What we hear a lot from other Americans is that real estate opportunities tend to cost less here in Europe (especially in countries such as Spain where we are active).A thing to keep in mind though is your tax planning as you will still need to pay taxes based on the US guidelines if I'm not mistaken. 

One day I plan on operating in a similar fashion in providing a seamless experience with quality products.

These include falsely claiming to have closed dozens of deals when none were ever closed, illegal payment of undisclosed sales commissions to bundlers and independent contractors, advertising the funds as safe and appropriate to investors with obvious near-term needs for their capital, creating fund of funds en masse assembly line fashion with no corresponding SEC filings, unregistered brokers/financial advisors acting in that capacity absent licensure, having customers wire money claim the fund is fully subscribed and putting them into a high yield promissory note, accepting funds from unaccredited investors, misrepresentations about the debt put on the project, lies about experience level of the principals, omissions of material facts, and at least two straight up Ponzi schemes.While it's true that some legitimate operators are having issues in their portfolios, today's circumstances are a perfect example of the idiom, "you can only discover who is swimming naked when the tide goes out."

We do believe that real estate investing is one of the last opportunities in small business where average Americans can still jump the wealth gap.

. - Americans only first lien 30 year mortgage with 24/7 draw ability 24/7. - The only first lien mortgage in America that recasts interest every time you make a deposit!

And with a singular "simple" quite "stimulus" trillion handed to JP to "provide liquidity" to "Protect" creditors/ business/ Americans/ etc etc pick your slogan, we the American tax payers just funded the single largest hostile take over in human history. 

These lenders have done mortgages on STRs: Visio, Host Financial, American Heritage, LendingOne and RCN.
