In general, lighter colors tend to be better and 12x24 ceramic/porcelain tile is somewhat popular as well as subway tile but I don't know what works in Jersey City as I have never done research on that market.

I am currently seeking a flooring contractor to remove a combination of VCT and laminate wood flooring and replace with porcelain tile in West New York, New Jersey.
