Used to be no one said anything about ESAs or service animal, but in 2019 I saw the ESA trend explode.

I'm fortunate that both of these properties are located very close to downtown, so the location is worth investing in, and real estate in the area has exploded these last few years.

We saw Austin's nascent tech industry absolutely explode in recent years to create thousands of jobs, a net influx of 100+ new residents per day, and the creation of a diversified 21st century economy currently supporting an unemployment rate below 3%.

I'm having trouble finding a property for the market here is exploding and prices are through the roof.Thanks, Debbie
