We are in the expansion phase where I live.

I am a part of an expansive team in Tampa that specializes in buying, selling and rehabbing off-market properties both in the Tampa area and the state of Florida.

I have most of my team together but always love to hear from like minded investors about business expansion, Groups to be connected to, deals.

If it produces more energy than it consumes then the building is Net positive - though Net Zero is too frequently used as a blanket term to cover both these cases.Ironically, Net Zero does not automatically imply higher energy efficiency - there are several examples of commercial buildings with large expanses of flat roofs (i.e. warehouse) which are net positive, despite the building itself being horribly inefficient.Building standards in North America are woefully outdated on matters of energy efficiency.  

Those jobs created by businesses and expanse gave rise to mass immigration.

Having lived here my whole life I have had the amazing opportunity to see the expansion of the Denver Metro area.

My gut tells it's contraction instead of expansion but is that balanced but not carrying any debt service?  

I'm currently partnering in the expansion of a lifestyle brand from one location in the Downtown LA Arts District into further iterations and spinoff concepts throughout Greater LA.

A robust farmer's market, a new artists district, several new niche employers building down on Exchange St, a micro micro brewery, a proposed $400M expansion of the Historic District to the south of 25th St, and a huge mixed-use development in the works in East Central where the old Rite Aid was.Sounds great, but it's still planet Ogden.
