Yes, it is an exotic, but I've been eyeing it for a couple of years now.I'd figure after I get a couple more multifamily units where I'm pulling a good solid monthly income would be nice.Yes, I know many will tell me to just forget it, save my money, and reinvest, but I just wanted to express a "goal" in the future.
