I understand a small drip or two would be normal wear and tear, but a stain this large seems excessive?

Here are some specific questions i have:1. are there certain locations where revenues may be impacted by seasonal weather changes, like for example heavy rainfall for 1 out of 3-4 months will drop revenue significantly, or excessive heat/cold for seasons will bring significantly less customers?

This seems excessive and overpriced, especially since only the front of the building has the water issue.

Typically something like this we would coordinate a time when the tenant is out of town traveling etc.Also 3 days for a shower seems excessive.

@Yixiong Pan Since we found out about the unrecorded Welfare lien before excess funds were distributed, we alerted the Tax Claim Bureau and they paid the Welfare lien out of the excess proceeds. 

Almost feel like a roll of the dice and you just gotta pray you don't run into a tenant that can game the system and this case even have more fuel to their fire since they are unpermitted. 

The aids health foundation is sponsoring, to the tune of in excess of $10m, a proposition (prop 33) to over turn Costa Hawkins.  

this might be somewhat unrelated and I might be a bit of a broken record here but I continue to stress this feedback that I really don't understand why it can't be changed - The financing options/terminology/content is very confusing and poorly defined here on BP - If you look at the financing options of "Find a Lender" and on the website / forums - there are terms and interchangeable content that has to be super confusing to people from a financing perspective - probably at least partially leading to excess questions and request posts - as it is extremely hard for a new or somewhat new investor to clearly understand all the options and numbers..My 2 cents(see below - what is the difference between a "Bridge Loan and "Fix & Flip" loan?
