When we do consent to the installation of a satellite dish on a property, we either provide a mount on the roof (with an existing chase way/conduit into the building) or require them to erect a pole on the premises and run the cable to a designated location (conduit into a mechanical room).A few years ago, we had an installer for a local Internet service provider arrive at one of our properties  - for an install we requested - and, before we arrived on-site, he had drilled a hole in through the new siding and freshly rehabbed and air-sealed building envelope to run a feed ... despite the fact we had supplied a conduit for just that purpose.  

Even if you got them for free, you would incur the cost of razing the existing structure and then erecting a new structure, all in the hopes of a total sales price of what, $50k?

Come to find out the downstairs people took it upon themselves to take over the entire common area backyard  by erecting a full size (inflatable) above ground pool and a slipshod deck attached to it, hot tub, horse shoe pits and a fire pit. 

Code enforcement should be an entity present to help ensure the safety of the public, but many investors will attest that the enforcement of this department seems to be highly selective on who receives their attention, and let's be honest, what building erected in the early 1900's isn't going to have some code violations today? 

That can be a General Solicitation to a Forum, Solicitation to a Meetup, REI Club, a website you may erect and solicit or a CL ad you may put out into the world to name a few of the most common avenues.

Your ENTIRE ESTATE is exposed and at risk at that point.You may want to consider erecting enough legal barriers to discourage litigation from the start.Hold properties in an insured entity structure where none of the entities is owned by a human person.

The biggest sign is construction, demolishing older buildings and erecting new ones, or renovation companies around.

I'm just curious if its $1-2 a sf or $7-$8.So I'm looking for a ball park of what it will take to bring the vacant tract of land up to being ready for builders to start erecting 4-plexs (High Density).Thanks a lot,Robert Martin
