Its a bit of a misnomer and misunderstanding of DSCR that its "only" based on the income the property generates and this creates a lot of confusion. 

They may look at 10-15 rentals and if applying ahead is required they might be spending a full months rent on applications and not like any of the places. 4.

Demand still seems to be good and absorption pretty good. 

Everyone has their own room and a bathroom and they share common space such as living room, dining room and a kitchen and they are one the same lease.

I am from Ohio and will be down in Atlanta from 1/9/24-1/12/24 and was hoping to network with some real estate investors for lunch or a coffee (or at a project you might be working on).

I used $80k to pay off personal debts and $50k to remodel it by myself with my two hands.
