My employees wash their vehicles and muddy equipment every day and they put a massive amount of rocks, nuts and bolts, wood and all sorts of debris into the pump and it never failed one time.Since my pump handles both rain water and the water my employees use to wash their equipment every day I installed a specially made system with electronic valves that makes the water they wash their equipment go into a sediment and filter box and then into the city sewer system and when it rains the electronic valves have a sensor that detects water coming from the roof drain downspouts and valves switch to make the water from the parking lot go into the street.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

#5 is one I haven't done yet but have concerns about idiot tenants who won't replace the battery on the smart lock and then say they can't get into the home #10 There are now water sensor IoT devices that can definitely help monitor floods and have been shown to be well worth their while for anyone who owns apartment buildings as they reduce insurance premiums and help prevent huge water damage claims

(edited)This will affect investors with separate metering for little used units or devices like pumps or EV charging.... even if you have excess solar generation or whatever the bill charges will still apply.
