I'd prefer not to give an entry code to lots of different delivery drivers if possible.In this position I'd wait until packages actually started getting stolen before doing anything, or maybe I'd get a Ring doorbell or camera. 

One puts you completely in the driver seat and one doesn't.   

I'm so used to always packing my screw driver and misc tools bag I was packing them for my work trip.....Yes whenever we go to one of our places we are fixing stuff, or hiring people to fix stuff, or writing down stuff to fix in the future.....But we do take time to relax too.

I am an alum, so I am of course biased, BUT it is a big driver there. 

This puts a seller in the driver seat . 

To me better than having a full time neighbor.Maybe that is a demand driver.

You learn to drive, you get shown by your parents, you read the drivers manual on how to drive.
