I just graduated from school and landed my dream job.

They're selling a dream using buzz words like "escape the rat race", "be your own boss", "financial freedom", and "spend more time with your family".

We did a 1031 exchange to roll the money into our dream home.

It feels so easy and like a dream!

From what i have gathered, Zach has a passion for helping people reach their dreams of financial freedom and as i get further along in my career, i can only say that Zach’s help will undoubtably be priceless.

Which tbh, as long as someone helps me by giving me a chance to fulfill my dreams of starting my own REI Business I'm perfectly fine not making a profit on the first property and little for the 2nd.

I feel, unless you truly detest your current work/life balance, or it has been you dream to be a part of REI, you will find it very difficult, if not impossible to build greater wealth from your position without significant risks and distribution to the stable family life you likely already have.You are not going to make compatible money from REI in the next few years.

I see this constantly out in the market place those who want to jump in the RE world that have limited to no resources and they are far to worried about what the equity or money partner is going to make.. or they spend months trolling the internet trying to find that private investor who is happy with 8% or 10% which they never find and they just lose the dream   ... if there is not enough money in a deal to split profit or be able to comfortably pay HML  then the deal is too skinny to start with..
