Hi Brady,If you are looking at it from just from a dollars and cents perspective then you should keep the tenant. 

The same goes here - you have an deal worth several hundred thousand dollars on the line.

Often times this commission is a percentage, but if the value of the property is LOW, the commission could be a fixed dollar amount.
