I think this is the source of the numbers discrepancy.

Then this shouldn't be a surprise....if you were using the county site for sf calculations, surely you would have noticed the floor plan discrepancy during rehab, if not before you actually bought it.

My understanding is that it is pretty easy to use compared to traditional VA loan because they understand you already plan to fix the discrepancies. 

Turn the furnace on and once you feel from another vent that hot air is coming out, then go to the rooms without a vent and point around the base of the room and watch for any temperature discrepencies.

Jerry, "the pay really is more equal for sexes than most other professions"That is an interesting statement as I also read that there is a discrepancy in the pay scale in most professions between men and women whether you are  software engineer, physician, lawyer, accountant etc, but there is an even playing field between men and woman in how much one makes in real estate sales. 

@Brandon Hall - nice try :)  I think you can agree that the Per Capita Income discrepancy of $30k to $55 hardly explains or justifies property valuation discrepancy in and of itself...It's out of alignment no matter which way you look at it as it relates to incomes.  

Thats a large discrepancy considering the amenities they have. 3) It’s a C class property in terms of location and building itself.

The other 2 leases have late fees mentioned, but we overlooked this discrepancy in the due diligence process. 

I have a similar problem I've been kicking down the road, there was a discrepancy between how many units the city and and county had for the property.
