In any case you need to run your own numbers and evaluation of the property to see what you can discover and by running the numbers I mean have someone inspect the property for discovery more than anything else.

And, taking a deed in lieu, as a wrongful foreclosure, you're not really out of the woods after filing that deed, you have statutes of limitations and, if there is any fraudulent manipulation involved, the statute of limitations begins upon the discovery of the act, not when the act was committed.

Discover is not the same score my bank uses, but for me it was much closer to the version of the Fico used by my bank. i read auto dealers use a FICO 10 score.
