In order for the broker to get paid they need to have a written agreement of how they are getting paid and by whom, everything has to be by the book, with full disclosures per your state law. 

Having invested in a few notes I knew that getting servicing transferred and disclosures out to borrowers could take some time and it was clear Scott was a busy guy.

The extra interest is small and increases our APR by about 1%.To do this, our lending attorney provided custom clauses in our loan documents, including a deferred payment section, an interest-on-interest clause, a balloon payment disclosure, and a few others.

My other disclosure is that I don't use any of our platforms to do the screening.

I also don't get involved with Buyers as the contract language and specifics should be reviewed by an attorney Absolutely, I would never recommend a subject to to a client (or at least not unless under very, very unique circumstances and lots of disclosures).

I want to know who uses loan doc software to create their NOTES and disclosures when they lend their own money?  

Proper disclosures are needed. 

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is an agreement document that creates a confidential relationship between parties who will be exchanging confidential information.

You may not like their rates, but at least they give you full disclosure.
