When someone gets a lot of money without the right mentality to really make it worth for them, the results are very often extremely ugly.I'd really rather be homeless and broke and still have a strong relationship with my wife and the respect of my family than be an isolated millionaire.I'll say one thing, you are most definitely a man of extremes and of one dimensional thinking. 

Education is always top priority, just do not make yourself one dimensional.  

Dimensional lumber has doubled and sheet goods, plywood and OSB have in some cases tripled in price.

It was good to hear directly and it certainly comes across differently when we are on the phone as opposed to the two-dimensional way websites can read.I gave advice to another investor on BP earlier today that I will echo again right here.  

For a few dollars more a bundle, you can get a dimensional laminate shingle which is basically two shingles laminated together that gives it a dimensional look and a 50 year shingle warranty.

I now get most of my dimensional lumber from the box store but I still order specialty lumber and fasteners in bulk from the lumber yard.

They are actually 2-dimensional.

The first few are hard, with future cash flows growing it gets easier and easier.Most people have their brain trained to think 2 dimensionally, focused on HERE and NOW.
