because my wife decided she likes warm weather....I'm still waiting for my latest out of state investment to close and frustrated because I'm trying to get a loan -- the seller is dragging out the transaction for 2 1/2 months so I have to keep sending the underwriter statements and then documentation for every large deposit or withdrawal.
