How about the simple obvious that the inputs to deliver the service/product have a base-line and market prices have, OBVIOUSLY, been at about as lean of operating profit margins as can be. 

if i buy a rent ready house off the MLS, and put it under management with a good PM... that's basically turnkey too just without the label and the provider.one thing i notice on BP is how many new investors think they're being guaranteed outcomes rather than processes. 

A phase 2 may be required depending on the outcome of the phase 1.

If their process is just, ‘here’s the house, now it’s your problem,’ then they’re clearly not delivering what they advertise.

But to my C4D's, the instrument I use to LEGALLY effect the exact same outcome as SubTo, I have had a grand total of 0 DOSC called, ever. 

So I'm confident I could find a solution, but would probably be forced to walk away if there was no favorable outcome for lease termination for the investor. 

It is the game that creates excitement for me, esp if the outcome is a good one.
