BTW, how do you delete a post?

I see the moderator was so impressed they  already deleted the post from one of them. 

What would you add or delete? 

I've had to delete 2 duplicate posts.

I noticed Ryan had deleted his post's, whats up with that?

Thus, people hear the first few words, realize it is a recording, and either hang up or hit delete on their machine.I am not saying it will not work, in fact, I have not heard of it being used for tired landlords...

Can the moderator please delete Dwayne Buckners post, it's all positive here on my thread except him.

The moderators persist in deleting my posts without explanation or commentary.

I need to delete that other thread since members are only allowed one intro thread.
