If that's your plan, I'd just say let the numbers influence the purchase more than emotions. 

But I love the returns it provides, so I may have to dive deeper into gathering some knowledge on it.

However, you can't apply any of these restrictions for assistance animals like a guide dog or an emotional support animal. 

I would be worried that the whole house was done shoddily and will continue to cause you issues as time goes on.You have to get the emotion out of the equation.

They are only here to prey on your emotions and once they get your money, its on to the next sucker..
