Hi Joesph, It’s awesome that you took the leap into fix-and-flips and already have your first deal hitting the market soon—huge milestone!

I closed on my first deal last week and am very excited to see how it all unfolds. 

Utilizing the many resources to analyze deals and help find investor friendly professionals in your area has helped me tremendously.  

This puts your family’s home at risk and is unfair and irresponsible, in my view.The claim that “hard money loans for existing deals are difficult to get” is simply not true.

I need help financing this deal.

@Shema Cochrane Most investors I've known in the mobile home investing space who have transitioned from smaller deals to larger deals have worked with partners to offset the risk especially when purchasing mobile home parks. 

Bad management can tank a deal just as fast as anything else.Did you fire the manager and work on finding new management?

Are these a deal breaker/walk away or negotiate.
