I have seen realtors say that they don’t trust those sites and to me, they see it as a clear threat to their profession and to the holy realtor.com website.

Is this sudden price hike and change in features a marketing ploy in anticipation of a Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday sale that will bring the prices back down to where they were 48 hours ago?

If these were coming out of the ground, they could compete with older Class B and be a real threat.  

After a very heated exchange of messages and threats of lawsuits, he finally fixed the problem. 

I found out that Quicken Loans was having a "cyber monday deal" that offered identical interest and terms as the credit union deal I was working on, but offered closing costs that were about $2k lower.  

They'll negotiate - but only if the threat is perceived as real.

Just a note.... when a tenant makes a threat to call the police, call their lawyer, or sue us.... our standard response is sincerely and calmly stated "Do what you feel you need to do."

he is now at a point where he is not allowing access to the property to get the repair done and sending me threating email that he will not pay the rent because the repairs are not done.

Ultimately I would let it go if threats and intimidation have no effect.
