If you had prescreening info that makes it appear that there is no way they meet criteria do you still say the same thing? 

It appears there are still opportunities to buy good properties in decent areas, though I’m sure it’s important to be very specific about locations.

If the tenant has low net worth, a court judgment is practically worthless.Taking a week to vet a tenant can save months of headache.

My question is if she doesn't pay in 5 days, could I file a forcible entry detainer at the court ( We are in Macoupin County Illinois)?

@Marc Robinson numbers wise they will always appear to work.

And when I run the numbers, when given the 2 options, the lease option model appears to make more money for the investor or money partner on a shorter term hold than the turnkey model.In no way is this analysis to be disrespectful or passive aggressive.

In Midland, we found one duplex that sold earlier this year and one that is currently on the market, though it appears a little overpriced. 

But if they just said that they wouldn’t appear unique.  

Just a week later the Court deemed it not to have standing, just to reverse the opinion this week and continue the Stay!
