Columbus, Ohio is a great market to consider if you're leaning towards appreciation.

MTR is more of a convenience and less of an amenity play.Thats right, it’s only zoned single family.

While this is a convenient option, the downside is that they don’t offer any advice—legal, tax, or business-related.

I don't know anything about the South Dakota market but if your home is in an appreciating area, I would lean towards keeping it. 

I have a full time W2 job that takes up much of my time, so I'm leaning toward Turnkey until I gain some experience.

Forming little groups in the background to down vote certain individuals comments based on skin color, or religion, or perceived political leanings seems like something we could all do without on this forum.

Hey @Devon Moore not sure where or why you'd lean towards a land lease unless that's standard for this developer.In my experience its difficult to capitalize deals with ground leases involved.
