The purchase price vs rental income is very healthy (assuming occupancy and collections are there).

It may impact someone who already has an existing respiratory issue, but it won't cause illness in a healthy individual.I recommend inspecting the property and determining the source of moisture.

Bottom line is these 2 gentlemen sold the dream of financial freedom to the consumer and they were the ones who actually achieved it.

This absorbs consumables and breakage for me.
