@Jewel B.A good way to counter all this confronting information and click bait is to try to crystallize a strategy based on offline information, where you get a path from someone that already did it, from the beginning until you see the results you would like for yourself.

D)  Email  --  I have tried this before, and never got any acknowledgement or email reply back after that :)   When confronted, I got the same BS --  "internet issues / phone issues / never saw it"  blah blah. 2)  What is a typical/reasonable reason for a LL to get routine access to the unit (with 24-48 hour notice)... without it being considered excessive or deliberate etc?

These are probably C- tenants they pay on time but they know how to 'game the system' They demanded a post move out inspection which according to my research is not required in NYS. ( they want to be there when we do it) I assume they are hard up for money and are going to try to swap keys for money ( when at this time they will already be holding over ) Honestly, if the place is clean and in good shape I dont care but I am assume they are trying to create a confrontation of keys for cash.What do you guys suggest?

Most of the problems are reported by other residents, noise, smoking, smoking dope, fighting at all hours and confronting the good resents who report the problems.
