Wow I got mentioned by @Jay Hinrichs, I feel as star struck as a teenage girl at a Justin Bieber concert. 

Could offer a couple concert tickets, HEB gift card, Tv, etc. 

Mini Venue - Promoting Concerts is one of my specialties, and I would love to combine that with real estate.

I'd make a concerted effort to avoid this or any other deals similar to this one

As an example, if you give me the option of buying concert tickets online or standing in line to buy a concert ticket, I'm likely willing to pay 2x the price to buy it online (I get my time back, that is super valuable). 

But that sucker is floating around between Congress and the White House like a beach ball at a Dead concert.   

There was a famous international pianist that finished up his concert at which point the audience greeted him giving him praise for his masterful performance , a woman approached him and said sir that was amazing I’d give anything to play piano like that !

In the last year they built a concert venue downtown that is drawing attention.

Reliant also gets a lot of venue use during Rodeo Season and people do travel in for that if there is a concert they want to see.

There is also a concert venue that opened blocks (walking distance) away that has allowed for some people around my neighborhood to Airbnb for 150 to 200 a night (They are doing 3 day festivals every few months so I could stay with family for extra cash flow).
