Having a long-term rental while living abroad is do-able.Flipping houses while abroad, in my opinion, more difficult, especially if its your first go around with real estate.I would recommend taking a flight and staying in the area for a week and inspect the neighborhoods and make connections.You can reach out to @Elenis Camargo who has a PM company in Jacksonville.Best of luck though.

When we moved our companies to a new accounting software we looked at Quickbooks, but found its international awareness (tax rules, multi-currency, locale support, etc), project/job, and multi-company abilities to be clunky.To be fair, none of the candidates hit everything on our wishlist.We ended-up selecting MoneyWorks by Cognito and have been satisfied with it over the past three years.

Interesting idea, but I suspect that would create more problems than it is worth.Most of the leverage you have with a NNN lease is that you are working with a company, presumably one that makes money.

you say they have insurance for their pet,, they need to give you a copy of that and you need to verify with company policy is up to date, give a copy of that to your ins company and let them know your working to have them move out and have given them notice to do just that.

I get that.. but if your a top producer this is just cost of doing bizz to the title company orr closing attorney if your a one off agent you may have to pony up the money but to me it was necessary..
