This is how OP gets to hold his BTC and realize whatever gains are left in it (It's got to retrace soon this looks toppy at least short term to me) while getting his cash down payment for a real estate" comment to me, was actually a (perhaps unintentionally?)

They are essentially the same thing you are describing, but sharing an "expert opinion".I am also not a fan of how BiggerPockets itself is doing this same thing in the forum by posting blog posts and you don't have the ability to comment on the posting (because some times I disagree with the posting!) 

The property manager can make or break you, it has to be a PM that is working in that space and is comfortable there.I agree with earlier comments to look in the front and back yards to see how many old cars, abandoned junk, or treasures that aren't treasures are piling up. 

I'm going to take your comments about the communication to heart.
