Hey Maybe if you bake some fresh chocolate chip cookies and leave it at the door she’ll come out and let you in .

I also leave a “welcome basket” containing about $20 worth of goodies including dark chocolate, good ground coffee, a bag of popcorn and 2 bottles of water.

In the Land of Oz, same thing, market data will likely indicate that giant unicorn statues add value in the eyes of lollipop guild (EDIT: lollipop guild was the chocolate factory movie, what were the little fellows called in Wizard of Oz???) 

I'd buy some bags of fruit, beef jerky, cigars, 40 oz beers, half pints of liquor, toilet paper, hustler magazines, microwave popcorn, chocolate candy, etc. and put them in a box. 

That's why they make chocolate and vanilla I guess.

We go above-and-beyond by leaving a box of noodles and some canned spaghetti sauce for a quick meal, some chocolates on the counter, etc.

I don't buy used...it's like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get :)

I've also heard providing a "welcome basket" or something like that with wine, chocolates, etc. also helps.

Whenever I am tiling I always have the Umpa Lumpa song from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory going through my head.
