I would ask your SDIRA custodian but its my understanding having a SDIRA that you cannot lend yourself money nor lend to a child or give the child any monies.That would be prohibited transaction.

Our screening process tends to keep riff raff out, but like any real estate deal we see the occasional problem child and deal with them swiftly before they upset the order of the home.  

I'm housewife taking care of our child and rental properties.We have 5 SFR and one apartment building out of state, managed by PM. 

If some child gets hurt, they will almost always come after you too, even if the tenants have renters insurance. 

.$7k to an insurance outfit.Hopefully she gets more  benefit out of this major purchase than the many others who have not.Just my 2 cents.Or that $120k could have been the down payment on maybe 5 duplexes in a cash-flowing market providing the child a basic income for life!

The Series LLC acts as an umbrella, a parent of sorts, and can create individual child series that are treated as separate entities. 

This also means they pass on a small section of the population (ie child support is not garnishable).
