The story will develop as a rags to riches one, much like Andrew Carnegie in the late 19th century, as I am starting with nothing but ambition. 

     I agree with Kevin, I'm a Realtor with Century 21 and I didn't sell my  personal residence.

Unlike say a Century 21 which is often individually owned franchise, my company Long & Foster is all corporately owned....so they spend a lot of money on marketing and building the brand for us.

Finance has been structured for centuries and hammered out for decades by all the political parties.

The house was little more than a tiny shack built at the turn of the 20th century, so we tore it down -- the deal was essentially just for the lot.

My best friend says he sells about (2) $200,000 homes on the side and that covers everything for the year at Century 21.
