The only reason I've heard of Morris Illinois, is beacuse our family used to drive to central Illinois to camp and boat, and Morris is directly on Route 47.Are you currently investing in Chicago or near you in Joilet @Scott Meech?

There used to be some landlord seminars for Dallas Housing Authority ever so often, so that might be a good place to ask if they are still doing those.One thing to think about is if Section8 might be subject to the DOGE cuts?

@Val BerechetAs much as I think it’s disingenuous for the international media to focus on any incident in Mexico they can get their hands on while conveniently ignoring to report identical if not worse crime in their own backyard, I don’t really mind after all.Indeed, it makes people aware of the problem (in case they’re not) and, most importantly, It forces the Mexican authorities to act promptly and preventatively (which they normally always end up to do) and everybody is better off because of that.

Then, there’s paperwork to finalize with the local housing authority, and finally, you start getting rent payments.

we are currently located in central mass, but looking to expand into western mass. 

This allows someone other than me (an authorized business representative) to do business on my behalf rather than limiting everything to myself. 

Meanwhile the property was deteriorating and tenants complained and got Dallas County Housing Authority involved.
