For those who are running successful Section 8 businesses out-of-state, did you start in just 1 state or if the opportunity made sense would you purchase the property regardless of the state?

When you find good ones, try to always keep them busy. 

I’m looking to network with people that help asset manage multi family apartment complexes.My business partner and I have grown to almost 300 units.

Brookline: Solid throughout city neighborhood with its own business district.

Alternative rent models (STR, MTR, rent by room, etc.) do not necessarily do better and are more work.  

Although I don’t have experience in house flipping yet, I’ve successfully run a construction business back home.Due to the war, my family and I had to search for a new place to live.
