Fast forward to maybe 2 to 3 months later and a mutual 3rd party friend who knew both me or my brother and the guy who got the place contacted one of us, not saying why this was but that we could have it for what he paid PLUS 5 grand, which quickly turned into just what he paid and I got the feeling this price was dropping like a rock!

My brother and I are partners in a successful flip company for the past 10 years in the hampton roads area of VA. 

One lease is the owners brother which becomes important later on.

Hi there, my brother and I have just formed an LLC with the goal to flip a property.

I helped a GB brother refinance a portfolio of rentals there in FWB at the beginning of the year.

My twin brother and I will be graduating with bachelors degrees in finance this December from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

My wife and I want to take it over along with her sister and brother in law. 

We’ve been good tenants paying on time for the entirety of our stay here.The property owners are brother & sister (and I believe a third sibling), but they’re never really on top of things, and no property management.
