We got three estimates from masonry repair companies ranging from $7,500 (patch) to $35,000 ("do this repair now or you will need a major $80K repair").

I do not know San Antonio’s property tax rate but suspect it is in that range. 

somewhere in the price range of 50k-100k, because thats  what I can put a 25% down payment on.It sucks not being able to take advantage of an FHA loan for my first home purchase, but I don’t see myself moving soon because my entire family lives in LA. 

If the borrower doesn’t pay us every$3.2 million by Jan 15, we file the deeds, and have two offers for the properties in the $3.9 - 4 million range.  

Most of the time, you’re looking at prices in the $150k+ range to get that kind of rent.Additionally, the economies of scale really do come into play when it comes to comparing single family vs. multifamily properties.

It ranges in percentage but nothing has felt different.

Currently I think 200k being the upper limit of investment makes the most sense and is within my risk tolerance range.

The cost of a cost segregation study varies but typically ranges between $1,000-$15,000.

Is any body having issues with less than scrupulous lenders or getting approached by scam artists posing as landers?
