From what I have witnessed, much less headache, risk, etc. 

And as the good-ole southern mama would say; "bless there heart's" lol. because oh-man is there gonna be some great buy's coming from these fools who rushed in over the months to come.  

I have been blessed to own a few properties with ADUs that have allowed me to quit my job early last year. 

Zoning is key, so before you buy the land, you want to have planning and zoning's blessing.

Ultimately, the Frank Lloyd Wright aspect can be a blessing or a curse.

I asked what they paid for it and they said $4,000 - I asked what DD did you do and they said the county tax value was $6,000 so I was getting a deal… I asked him if he was a Gardener as maybe grow some veggies on it but other than that it’s useless and no one will buy it  bless his heart.
