You might be pressed to do 100s of them like people claim to be doing in markets like St Louis of Cleveland but I would think you’d be able to successfully get several under your belt and have the market to sell them or rent them upon completion.

According to the summary of the bill and the linked press release, the bill would allow the number of ADU's to be up to 25% of the existing multifamily dwelling units.

I think users of your Airbnb would be hard press to prove damages of  $25,000.

However, I do think I’d be hard pressed to get that kind of cashflow.

I use that number because that would seem to be the bench mark for FI from W2 for many people, with basic life styles.
