There has to be a better way to weed out scammers on this platform.

AirBNB is a platform where you list that STR.

But i still want to list on platforms like VRBO/ABNB.

I'm specifically referring to PadSplit, a rent-by-the-room company/platform that operates in those respective areas.

It's a banking and bookkeeping platform built specifically for real estate investors.
