The one performing is retail strips Fund.Long term I anticipate that 2 of my three MF deals will still turn a decent return (not the heyday level returns, but still high single/low double average annual return).  

I’m not from the US and currently live in Europe most of the time.I’ve found some apartments that could work well for my needs—I plan to rent them out on Airbnb and reserve a few nights for myself when I travel there for work.My question is: apart from the purchase price (I’ve seen listings on Zillow averaging around $150k in areas like downtown Dallas, Old East, and Plano), what other costs should I expect—both during the acquisition and in monthly payments?

Averaging $1k/mo per bedroom which is now on the cheaper side of things.

The average price I look for is typically in the $150-180k range but that’s just my personal preference.

What would you say is the average occupancy and daily rate for a 1500 SF 3 bedroom home in good condition around a mile from the beach / pier? 

We run a special kind of co-living property management that has houses mostly run themselves, 97% occupancy, and over 2 year average tenancy.
