My thinking is that someone who buys an older house like this would be willing to deal with a lack of insulation to keep the authenticity of the house.He also checked with his own RE agents from another agency who said we'd be lucky to get $200k for it.

7.Definitely want this done through escrow—as escrow instructions, certified copy of HUD 1, proof of down payment, a credit app, credit reports, notarized note and trust deed, etc. etc. will supply me with a nice package to show to a future note buyer to validate the authenticity of the original transaction and note.
