Ask the lender first before attempting to use a co-signer. 

Like I said earlier, I never even attempted to get a refund from this waste of time (luckily I was weary about it from the beginning so I gave it no more than a month of my time once the lies and BS became very obvious) because I know that it would have been more trouble than it was worth.

I was more attempting to reference a state where a property is not losing money every month.

If you want to attempt to rep yourself, you have to play the game too.

Think about what you are attempting to achieve, then put it down on paper.

Also, we are attempting to sell them as-is to a willing buyer. 

@Jon Martin You are right , if you don t know how to market a property and get direct reservations you should not attempt to co-host or triple net lease a property.You fail to mention that leases on a property can be as long as 30 years.Long leases are a way to give both property owners and management companies favorable terMs.

Many never make that attempt, so there might be redemption there, maybe.
