Do you have an attorney, as it appears your post states it was purchased by a company?

I wrote a book about this; it just appeared on Amazon in paperback. 

It's hard to negotiate EMD down because then it gives the appearance that you're not a serious buyer.

Thanks again All the ones in Miami appear to be selling for much less than what the seller purchased the units for which is a red flag. 

If you didn’t specifically advise on what to do, they drew it a specific way at the end of the day you approve the drawings to be built so it’s not their fault it appears and they should be compensated for the revisionIf it’s something they screwed up (does not appear to be case here) - then they correct their error

From alot of investors on the forums, Orlando appears to be a saturated market with more barriers to entry in order to have a performing property in that area.

I will say however, that there may be an indirect benefit to not APPEARING to hold many valuable assets.  

This appears to be continuing into the fall.For some broader context, here’s a chart of the median sales price of a single-family home in Austin over the past 10 years:Compared to the recent median price peak in May 2022, single-family home prices in Austin are down approximately 19%.

Maybe if you really like these guys and their work...and feel that they honestly got in over their heads, you could throw them an extra $500 just to appear 'nice'.
