I am very new to this and want to do some "amateur" stuff before I decide if I should get professional videos done.My wish list is:Low cost or free at first but will pay if I likeNeed to merge two videos, 1 from web cam & 1 from camera, on occasionEasy format to upload to youtubeThe obvious cut and paste edit stuffAny suggestions?

I’ve never been to a Trustee’s Sale so your looking at a novice/amateur.

The flippers aren't complaining so much about getting stuck with a bad deal (because the good ones have done their own due diligence and avoided the bad deals) but that so much of their time is wasted with amateur wholesalers trying to talk to them about deals that just really aren't deals.By the way, these poor deals are also a hazard for wholesalers.

When amateurs start posting question in a public forum about how to circumvent one of the most important federal consumer protection statutes in the land.

You are obviously looking for a professional and I am going to assume it is probably a big job but if you need/wouldn't mind any amateur help on the side I would love to be of service. 

I had to evict a tenant for illegal acts and I decided early on that this was not the time for Amateur Hour, so I found a lawyer and paid them.

You could hire someone to do things for you, like @Will Gaston suggests, but that brings up one of my favorite slogans:"If you think it's expensive to hire a professional, try hiring an amateur."

If you are advertising online with “do not contact the occupant” then you are a rank amateur who is not long for the business.

I can find plenty of equally egregious deals by just looking around here at some of the amateurs on Bigger Pockets.  

In my opinion it is not worth the cost, as long as you don't take terrible pictures yourself, even people who are looking for the differences between pro and amateur photos can't tell.
