@Zack Bloom I'm a fan of multifamily because I like the self-support aspect.  

It would be great to have a documented album potential buyers can see that showed you just didn't make it pretty to look at but actually spent time and money behind the walls.

The album is on photobucket under castlelewis. there are websites where they specialize in castles around the world this one is huge at 16000 with so much great detailing.

The during pictures are uploaded to an online picasa album that helps to keep our lenders up to date with the rehab progress.In one of our current homes we are using before and after pictures to put together a marketing package for the home.

There's an artist named Alex Grey (did the Tool album covers) and he's building a massive temple on his property called CoSM that has been attracting massive amounts of people, it's really revitalizing the area, it's a national attraction.
