I would think she couldn't take her ESA on an airplane, no matter what the doctor says.With tenants, they break the rules all the time. 

And then if you want to do all the work yourself or go the turnkey route...if you do all the work yourself you probably don't want to focus on a city that requires 3 stops on a long airplane trip to get to. 

As most out of staters have to purchase an airplane ride away.

I do a lot of things that I consider fun and yet have very little (or no) monetary benefit -- dinners at nice restaurants, movies, vacations, flying airplanes, etc.But, just because I "waste" money on these things that don't provide me a financial return doesn't mean I'm not an entrepreneur.While I think playing the lottery is a ridiculous expenditure, for many people it's ultimately no different than any other enjoyable pastime.

I instruct out of Santa Monica and the Cirrus is definitely the predominant airplane at that airport.

There are only so many boats, airplanes,  motorcycles, fancy trucks and cars, trips, 2nd third and fourth houses, or whatever you have to buy to show the world that you're rich.

One part of me  wants to give people a chance, but the other part of me can only imagine the worst, and foresee other tenants moving out after finding out their neighbor previously served time for stealing an airplane while assaulting people with explosives and stolen guns.

Might be the perfect place for a HAM radio guy to have his noisy radios, might be a place to build model airplanes, weave baskets or a hobby room that doesn't need interior finishes.

I make paper airplanes out of Loan Applications, staple my business card to the nose, and run around throwing them at people as they exit elevators.
